The Villa
The BnB Villa Giulia is a charming liberty-style building built around 1920 and completely renovated in 2023. Located in front of the picturesque Pineta di Ponente, a magnificent pine forest characterized by a coastal vegetation, it offers a variety of summer activities for children, bike rentals, restaurants, bars, and occasional markets. The villa is only 150 meters away from the promenade, surrounded by boutiques, shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as beautiful beaches equipped with pools and resorts.

Location
The Villa Giulia BnB is situated in a residential and peaceful area, but it also offers the convenience of being a short distance away from recreational and entertainment spots such as the wonderful Pineta di Ponente and the splendid seaside promenade. In this area, you can find the most refined hotels of Viareggio, as well as excellent restaurants and cafes. Within just a 5-minute walk, you can reach a supermarket, and within only a 20-minute walk, you can reach the train station.

Located just 150 meters from the seafront, famous for its boutiques, shops, cafes and beach clubs, the villa is also renowned for the spectacular Carnival parade, an unmissable event which takes place in the month of February.
