Villa Giulia offers several shared spaces that the guests can use: a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a small garden at the ground floor and a panoramic terrace at the fourth floor. While the dining room and the kitchen are used from 8.00 in the morning for the breakfast, all the other common areas can be used by the guests from 10.00 to 22.00, to respect the rest of the other guests and the neighbours.
is a beautiful space where the guests can relax on the sofas, read a book or make plans for the coming days, using the maps and the guides from the book shelf. It is also possible to watch TV (Netflix, Disney + and Eurosport available) or play piano, taking into account the other guests.
The guests who prefer to cook or eat something from a take-away at home, can use the kitchen and the dining room, with 12 places. The kitchen offers an induction cooking plate, a traditional oven and a combi microwave, a dish machine and a fridge where the guests can store their own food or drinks (one shelf per room is available). It is requested to the guests to carefully clean the kitchen and the dining room after using it, and do not leave dirty plates or glasses in the sink.
In the morning, the guests of Villa Giulia can enjoy breakfast sitting outside in the small garden, which is sheltered with awnings. After breakfast, the guests can relax in the garden on the couch or at the tables.
on the rooftop offers a stunning view on the Alpi Apuane and on the sea – in the clear sky days, it is possible to see on the horizon the island of Gorgona. On the terrace, the guests will find a couple of sunbeds, a coffee table and an umbrella. The guests can use the terrace under their own responsibility, it is highly recommended not to leave children alone and to keep them safe.
